My name is Bilal Hammour. I´m a Calisthenics Athlete and a Personal Trainer, I developed a love of body movement and how the body works in relation to gravity at a very early age. for me, my skills developed in a way that it's not only about building muscles and having a lean-looking physic and learning skills. But also building a healthy body and mind and correcting bad posture and habits. I train my Clients mainly with bodyweight, Calisthenics, Functional training, and bodybuilding, Also my Training might include some other elements from, Athletics, Yoga, and Pilates.
